NestPlug Refund Policy

Version 1.0. Effective: October 1, 2026

7-day money-back guarantee

If NestPlug isn’t right for you, email legal@nestingplugin.com within seven (7) days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer (an individual or an organization), not per account.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is revoked automatically and immediately: the license key stops working at the next activation check, and the seat is released. Please save or export any work before requesting a refund; artwork you created with NestPlug is yours and is never affected.

After 7 days

Because NestPlug is a digital good delivered instantly, refunds are not available after the 7-day window, except where required by law. Problems are handled separately: if a defect makes the Software unusable and we cannot fix it, we will refund regardless of age.

EU / EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. Our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee above applies in addition to any statutory rights that cannot be waived.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Square, typically within 5–10 business days. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us delay resolution and may revoke the license pending outcome.
